CBSE Class 12 Geography Term 2 exam was conducted today on May 18, 2022 across India centers. Thousands of students flogged outside the centers in the morning, masked and entered the exam venues in queues. Journalists of Jagran Josh reached the centers of Delhi NCR to catch the first reaction of the students as soon as they left the centres. “The exam was easy, I knew all the questions”, said the first student to walk out of a center in Delhi’s Mayur Vihar. CBSE Class 12 Geography Term 2 Exam 2022: Students’ Feedback-

Students found the Geography exam manageable today. Many students came out of the centers happily. They seemed satisfied and many claimed that Term 2 Geography exam was easier than Term 1. “I did better than last time. I thought I would not be able to complete the paper but when I started, I was so happy that I knew everything,” said Akanksha from Central School.

It may also be noted that students also get questions directly from NCERT books.

The students were also happy by giving the subjective examination. “In the objective type, you either know or not, it is binary. Whereas in the subjective if you know something then at least you can write it down,” said Mayank Gautam, a student from Ghaziabad.

Overall, the students rated the exam as moderately difficult considering the map questions. However, the theory part was easy as claimed by many students. On a scale of 10, with 1 being the least difficult and 10 being the most, students rated the geography exam for CBSE Term 2, 4 out of 10.

Section E was considered difficult by some candidates while it was easy for others. Thus it can be counted in mixed reactions.

CBSE Class 12 Geography Term 2 Exam 2022: Expert Opinion

Jagran Josh experts predict marks in the range of 90-95% if the exam is answered perfectly and this time the average percentage is 80-85%. As most of the students have claimed that their exam went well, experts believe that the marks will be higher as compared to 1 Geography exam.

“Nothing was out of syllabus and the students had enough time to answer all the questions,” said the principal of the Central School. Many teachers said that the paper was directly from the NCERT books of the students.

Thus the CBSE Class 12 Term 2 paper was easy for both the teachers and students of Geography. Students are advised to wait for the answer key of Term 2 Geography paper here. It will be available soon.
