The Central Board of Secondary Education, CBSE will conduct the Class 12th Accountancy Term 2 examination tomorrow (May 23, 2022). We have provided below CBSE Sample Papers for Class 12 Accountancy. This sample question paper released by the board will provide you with the basic information about the type of paper, the pattern to be followed and the marks distribution scheme for Term 2 exam. CBSE Term 2 Class 12 Accounts Sample Paper: Marking Scheme, Question Paper Pattern
The question paper will have two parts: A and B.
There will be 12 questions in the question paper. All questions will be compulsory.
Part-A is compulsory for all the candidates.
There will be two major options in Part-B
(i) Analysis of the financial statements and
(ii) Computerized Accounting
Students should attempt only one of the given options.
Each paper will consist of short type questions carrying two marks each and 3 marks each. Then there will also be longer type questions carrying 5 marks each. Internal choices will be given in questions of three and five marks.

Suresh and Tushar agreed to pay ₹ 2,90,000 to her in full settlement of her claim. Pass necessary journal entries for the remedy of goodwill. Show work clearly.

Question 4. Calculate the amount of membership received during the year 2020-21 from the following information given by Modern Dance Academy.
(i) The amount of membership credited to the Income and Expenditure Account for the year ending 31st March 2021 was 3,00,000 and each member is required to pay an annual subscription of Rs.
(ii) The amount of subscription outstanding as on 1st April 2020 was Rs 16,000.
(iii) During the year 2020-21, 10 members made partial payment of Rs 26,000 for membership, 8 members failed to pay the membership amount and 5 members paid the membership amount for the year 2021-22.
(iv) During the year 2019-20, 12 members paid the membership amount for the year 2020-21.
